To be honest, I was quite shy about this project from Andorada: . Everybody has such great and original artwork so it made me feel kinda small But I'm going to use this chance to overcome my inhibition about self-promoting! :iconlachoirplz:
This project is also a good opportunity to see some great artwork inside and outside of your own specialization (mostly outside of Anime/Manga fanart in my case). However, you will be happy with my journal if you enjoy lots of Naruto fanart.

Why bother? Exposure helps!
When I was starting out on DA and a few random oekakis. I got critiques and helpful tips from other artist. I was able to study them and learn from their process.
 As an artist having feedback helped me learn. Heck, the fact that ANYONE was looking at my work was amazing that gave me the drive keep drawing and improvement. I want to show support the fellow artist that I personally enjoy and that have inspired me. I also want to encourage some of them too. It

I've never done this before but there's this project, #projectportfolio , that's been set up by Andorada 
I am supposed to showcase my favorite pieces from my and others' galleries. So... Here goes!
So for starters I want to talk about my favorite pieces I've done.  The very first time I made something using a computer. I did everything using the mouse and line tools in Gimp. This piece will always hold a special place in my heart <3

This one was a fun idea I had, and one of the last drawings I did using just a mouse. I got my first drawing tablet shortly after.

Since getting a tablet I've been slow to figure things out, but I've improved slowly. Here are some of faves from over the years.

Project Portfolio FeaturesIt is time to show off some artwork! (Others' first, myself last, that is.)
As you can probably tell if you look through my gallery or through my favourites, my most adored subjects--both in the art I create and in the art others create--are fantasy creatures (or at least, highly stylized animal art). My imagination is especially captivated when an artist comes up with their own totally original fictional species, or a unique and well-executed twist on a known (real or imaginary) animal. I love the inspiration that so many artists here on DeviantArt have fostered. For now, though, I'll point out a few who I admire, none of whom need the extra exposure (especially from a small fish like me) because you're probably already watching them. If, however, you're not, I must insist that you ought to be. I doubt you'll be disappointed. There are probably a dozen or so more artists I could list here, but I'll limit myself to four of perhaps some of the most deserving.
